Is "Exploration of the Human Body" Coming Back Soon?,
You switch on to CNN for that daily dose of straight reality. But maybe an hour full of shenanigans, skyrocketing fuel prices, robberies, murder, kidnappings etc. isn't exactly for everyone. The sheer absurdity just seems too much.
But there is a show that indeed wallows in absurdity, and it's not about to make any apologies about it. "Exploration of the Human Body" under hiatus has taken reality about the wonders of human anatomy, twists it, and serves it back to us enjoyably, hilariously disfigured. Anchored by funnymen Shin Dong Yup and Super Junior participating the actual challenges along with professional athletes, doctors and other well-experienced guests to instruct them.
The craving started with one question everyone needed to hear. "Is Exploration of the Human Body really coming back soon?" With much anticipation from Super Junior's fans, caused SBS to think deeply if they will really give the public's demand. But the main concern is Super Junior who currently has busy schedule on their Asian Tour and a series of guestings to promote their album.
So what is this all about? Super Junior's Lee Teuk stated, "What public demands is what they get. Patience precedes a positive result for all of us."

Super Junior, Wonder Girls, SS501 and 14 other singers will perform at the 2008 Online Power Concert on 3rd May, 7.30pm at Jamsil Stadium, Seoul
The concert was organised by ETN Cable TV network to commemorate the online game, “Prison Tale 2″ for accumulating 1.3 billion subscribers worldwide. The official soundtrack for “Prison Tale 2″ will be released on the day of the concert with the invited singers performing to celebrate the milestone.
Tablo and Mithra Jin from Epik High will host the event and other singers slated to perform besides those mentioned earlier are Epik High, Brown Eyed Girls, Moon Hee Jun, Min Kyung Hoon, Kim Dong Wan, Hwayobi, Paran, Yuri.
SuperJunior as PR reps/goodwill ambassadors for Korea
Super Junior will be appointed as PR reps/goodwill ambassadors of Korea for the 50th anniversary of the good relationship between Korea and Thailand by the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade on April 30. There will be a performance in Bangkok for this occasion some time this year as well as a reception to celebrate the event in October.
Super Junior All of a Sudden Became Dads?
Super Junior attended the third day of "Adopt a Baby" campaign for the Eastern Country Social Welfare yesterday at 2 o'clock in the afternoon in Seoul. The said campaign is seeking for responsible foster parents for the orphans who are in need of a happy family.
Super Junior became the temporary dads of the newly born babies of the unwed mothers. The heart-throbs also helped the organizers to prepare a party for the orphans who are having their first birthday this May. They volunteered to be the clowns of the party.

Han Geng is withering away; Losing 4.5kg
Recently, Han Geng lost 4.5kg and he’s getting skinner by the minute. While everyone sees that picture on a hot man some actually notices his shrinking form. It is said that while training for Super Junior M, Han Geng works excessively. To make matters worse, after SJM debuted, the group started relaying on fast foods such as Mcdonald's and pizza as energy to keep working.

Choi Si Won will visit the Philippines as NEW BENCH MODEL
Choi Si Won will visit Philippines on a four-day promotion tour for the clothing line "Bench" in June.
Si Won gained about 1,000 Philippine netizens and will be given a star treatment in Manila, dining from a special menu at the most luxurious hotel.
Also, Si Won will travel to the Philippines to participate in a Habitat for Humanity project presided
by the Filipino NGO Gawad Kalinga and with teen star KC Concepcion.
Si Won will then go back to China for the first round of "Bench" promotion tour along with Super Junior-M.
Kim Ki Bum Replacing Choi Si Won to Represent Super Junior in the Philippines???
It is reported that Kim Ki Bum will replace his fellow member Choi Si Won to represent their group Super Junior in the Philippines in October. SM Entertainment stated yesterday that Choi Si Won temporarily suspended some of his activities until next year due to his tight schedule in Korea and China.
SM Entertainment also stated that it would be difficult for Si Won to take part in overseas activities alone and that he needs other members especially Kim Ki Bum who's English is good to accompany him when he goes to the Philippines next year. But due to the preparation of the continuation of their first asia concert tour "Super Show" and the comeback of the hit variety show "Explorers of the Human Body" Super Junior's other projects will also be pushed back to the end of the year.
Super Junior M is currently traveling between Korea and China to sort through the particulars of it's debut last April 08.

Kim Hee Chul, the second older member of the korean pop group Super
Junior appealed to Dimple Dance Radio station today to make a clear
distinction in some reports between Super Junior (13 members) and Super
Junior-M in China that has made headlines over the net right before
SJ-M's debut.
He praised net columnists that are making this distinction but
expressed concerns about others who are perpetuating mistruths about
their group, whose members are getting affected by the wrong judgements
of others.
Hee Chul said that it is very confusing to the public when some "Anti
SJ Movement" evoking Super Junior to disband and using his agency and
group's name to describe the "greediness of money".
He reiterated that ELF, with thousands of members, and his agency SM Entertainment are not connected in any way to that.

Instead of looking cute, the current trend is that guys who looks masculine are better received by female fans. Thus, Kim Hee Chul’s image transformation has got generally good reviews from most of this fans. Fans visting his minihompy commented, “Very wild, very suave”, giving his new image the thumbs up.

►Suju's Kim Kibum returns to acting after sixteen months
Super Junior member Kim Kibum returns to acting after a year and four months.
Kim Kibum will star in MBC's new daily drama 춘자네 경사났네 "Happy Events at Chunja's" (tentative title), the sequel to "Ah Hyung Dong Madam". A staff member revealed today that the drama will premiere on May 19, and Kim Kibum's role involves a love relationship with an older woman. After the SBS drama, "Snow Flower" ended in January last year, this will be Kim Kibum's first drama.
"Happy Events at Chunja's" deals with how the main character, Yeon Bun-hong, is betrayed by a man and becomes an unmarried mother. She and her old mother lives together, bravely walking through life's difficult struggles.
In this drama, Kim Kibum plays Park Jung-woo, a warm and passionate young man. He and Yeon Bun-hong will be involved in a triangle relationship along with his older brother, Park Jung-yeon. Although in the drama Park Jung-woo becomes the PD of a TV show, after he falls in love with the older Lee Soo-ri, he insists for marriage. The drama, with Yeon Bun-hong as the center, involves triangle relationships and other sweet romantic tales.
Kim Kibum plays a strong character. Playing opposite of him is the strong Wang Bit-na, who hopes to have more chances to act with Kim Kibum.
"Ah Hyung Dong Madam" 's last episode is on May 9, and before "Happy Events at Chunja's" airs, a family documentary will be airing during that time slot.

Despite the fact only half can speak Chinese, Super Junior M is doing surprisingly well in China. SuJu M’s recent release of the Mandarin version of “U” MV somehow gained the support of the Chinese media as well as Chinese Elves who are happy with their personalized slice of the Super Junior pie.

Super Junior - M working hard on, Cantonese
On 8th April, a new group Super Junior - M targeting the Chinese market debuts in Beijing. The group is led by Chinese Super Junior member, Hankyung. Other members include Korean singers Choi Siwon, Lee Donghae, Kim Ryeowook, Cho Kyuhyun and 2 new Chinese members Henry and Zhoumi.
Hankyung, who is is currently learning Cantonese, reveals, "Because we are a group in China, Cantonese is also important, although there are no Cantonese songs in our first album, but our company plans to include some Cantonese songs in our 2nd or 3rd album. And if we were to go to Guangzhou, Hongkong and Macau, we would need to use Cantonese." But learning Cantonese is a headache for Hankyung, "It's too difficult, but I'll work hard!"

Suju Fans are Killers
How far will die-hard fans go to keep their fantasies real? On June 5th, Lee Eun Ji, a middle schooler who lost 40kg in 3 months committed suicide. As in most suicide cases, the exact causes are unknown, but according to friends, the poor girl was tortured by Elves or SuJu fans
after the picture she took with Kang In after a variety show Star King circulated online. Not only did they harassed the girl online, but these die-hard fans also found out her cell-phone number and left her horrifying message, which inevitably pushed her over to the edge.
What’s the big deal about taking a picture with one of the members? These celebs take pictures with hundreds of people, so why pick on this girl who worked so hard to loose the weight because it was her grandmother’s dying wish? When will die-hard fans realize that nobody will be understanding or forgiving of their irrational behaviors because they do it in name of love or is this just too much to ask?

SuJu fans are killers Part II
The reaction of Lee Eun Ji’s suicide is somewhat mixed, demonstrating the complexity of this issue. First of all SM commented “What can we say? We are shocked by this as well.” Personally, I wasn’t surprised by SM’s comment, but they could’ve done more than just say we don’t know what to say. Why couldn’t they dedicate a song to her? Why couldn’t they attend her funeral services? Why didn’t they stop all activities for a day or two in memory of their fan? After all, Lee Eun Ji was SuJu’s fan just like any other die-hard fan and just continuing with their activities as if nothing happened seemed inconsiderate if not obnoxious.
Star King’s producers wrote on their message board that they are heartbroken to see a very bright girl end her life tragically and aired a minute tribute in memory of Lee Eun Ji. And
finally Elves (SuJu fans) released a public apology letter apologizing for what they did. I’m glad to see some Elves taking responsibility of their actions, but what angers me most is that Lee Eun Ji’s cyworld post back in May clearly demonstrated that she was suffering from depression, but Elves just continued to torture the poor girl.
Lee Eun Ji mentioned that she went up to her attic several times because she thought that it was better to end her life than to continue with her rigorous diet (she starved herself for three months, drinking only one or two cups of milk daily). She also cried her heart out saying it’s very difficult to deal with all the crap she’s currently going through. Before her weight loss, people treated her like a pig and after her weight-loss people are treating her like a liar (some were accusing her of losing weight via plastic surgery and/or diet pills). Any sensible person would’ve realized that this girl is suffering a lot and that she’s in fragile condition, but Elves ignored her plead and continued to attack her, which apparently pushed Lee Eun Ji over the edge.
I just hope that this isn’t “hey I apologized and my conscience is clear” kind of deal. Instead, I hope that all fans learn the gravity of hateful comments towards celebs and fans to prevent future tragedies like this. Am I asking for too much?

TO ELF/ EVERLASTING FRIENDS,
I am a fan of Super Junior, I would love to call my self a big fan but I just cannot be compared to you guys who have been through a lot of extremes.. I am just an ordinary fan whose only source of news and information about Super Junior mostly comes from the power of technology, which is the internet. But one thing is for sure, I love them as much as you guys do.
Ever since the issue of adding members to the new sub-unit came about and Super Junior becoming a project group once again, I, in my own little space here at home, have been keenly watching over your takes and developments of your objectives to the point that I had to endure Goosebumps (in a good way) because you guys are really shocking when it comes to the things that you can and have done. Your unity is so admirable and the strength that you have to be able to show how much you love Super Junior is very inspirational. For I am just a mere soul hanging around the world of cyberspace, not a member of any SJ affiliations, not that rich to spend so much money for gifts to send over to Korea, not thrifty enough to be able to go to their concerts and so on, for I am so out of reach compared to you guys and I most probably am just gonna be ignored and called a lousy person by you, for all that, I am sure I know about Super Junior. I am not even close to a threat but with all due respect you have left, please hear me out..
I really wanted to be on your side, the side of those who loves SJ, with all the only13 going on, so I really did my best to understand and absorb to the best of my ability all the things you were fighting for. I agree with you on some, but it’s really hard to convince one’s self when something deep inside is very hesitant, so I waited and waited and waited.. Until SJ-M became for real.
And when it did, It finally hit me. And I finally have something to believe in and for that, I totally agree with you guys when you said that people like us, who are not part of ELF, will never ever understand.
Because that’s just the way it is right? You go on believing what you want and others will do that as well. With all these protests to oust Henry and Zhoumi, I have totally lost all the righteous respect I have strongly hold onto for so long for you guys (even if no one told me to do so), because like I said, I wanted to be on your side.
It’s just that this time, you have gone too far.. You have become hurtful (To Henry, Zhoumi and Hankyung who so innocently just want to be in his homeland and perform for his own people), disrespectful (to Hankyung’s dreams, Henry’s innocence and Zhoumi’s efforts and still you got the balls to say that people have to respect your say), selfish (too selfish), unwilling (unwilling to listen and be positive for once), down right mean and bad, stubborn and not a fan anymore. To my eyes, you are no longer the fans that I once adored so much, To my eyes, you have become monsters.
A fan is someone who will help you reach the top, not someone who will recklessly pull you down and celebrate your downfall. You guys being like this is the reason why I can no longer defend you when people talks trash about you, this is the reason why I can no longer stand for you. I feel bad for myself for only realizing this just now, but I most definitely am very happy that I have woken up my senses. I really did my best to hang on and wait for reasons to stay still, but the more I wait for reasons to hold on longer, the more I get the reasons to stay out of your shadows. You’ve almost brainwashed me.
I am thankful I didn’t fall for your selfish demands and ridiculous rants, I am thankful that I am not a member of your club, I am thankful that I not a crazy fan, I am thankful I am not living a miserable life as you guys are, I am thankful I am not part of your mafia-like lifestyle who keeps on trying to manipulate more people to believe something so superficial telling them that they are protecting 13 boys for it, but most of all, I am thankful that you have lead me out to reality.. And the reality is:
Super Junior- M will have Henry and Zhoumi in it.
A lot of people think that Lee Soo Man made the right and best decision.
And we, including you will just have to deal with it!
It hurts (for you) to know the truth and it’s too bad and too sad that you can’t handle it when you are so able to do so..
The boys are extremely fine about this idea (Hankyung himself said how happy he is), If you ask me how I know that, that’s just like me asking you guys how you know if the boys are on your side.. See, we can’t put words on each other’s mouth so that being said, nobody really knows exactly how the boys feel, and you guys basing your thoughts from their actions doesn’t really verify anything, because knowing you guys, you’re imagination is too much, you make small things so big.. Too big.
We should all stop assuming things like the boys are crying over having Henry and Zhoumi in Super Junior M because boys don’t cry for having new people come into their lives and keep in mind another reality that Super Junior won’t always be hanging around with each other, because they themselves, like everybody else in the world, have other friends aside from the people you see around them. Stop putting limitations to who can and who cannot be around them.
I wanna know up to what extent are you guys going to take this so called “war” of yours? Oh no, don’t get me wrong, I’m not planning on stopping you for I know that none of what I said here will change your ELF-WASHED minds, I am perfectly aware that you’re too busy deafening yourselves out so that you couldn’t hear the people laughing at you now, but really, I just wanna know..
So what guys? Until Henry and Zhoumi gets more hurt and depressed? You don’t know what could happen but they might consider suicide for this.. Remember how you killed the young girl?
So will this go on until another person dies just because you’re too selfish to accept someone who haven’t even done anything yet? Up to where? How many more “wars” are you gonna put up? How many more pain are you going to inflict? I don’t know much about Henry and Zhoumi but I cannot believe how you guys can be so mean, rude and evil. My gosh, I can’t believe this is coming from me who once acknowledged you as my role models.. I am such a fool.
Shame on you ELF, I used to look up to you. But now, when I see you guys protesting and showing off your power to isolate Henry and Zhoumi, I see living monsters. You said SM is the enemy, but why are you guys doing this to Henry and Zhoumi? And most especially, why to Hankyung, just why? You may not hear anything from Henry and Zhoumi, maybe because they need to be strong for Super Junior M but you see the problem with being strong is that no one bothers to ask if you are hurt..
Yes, You don’t need people like me, and people like me don’t need you as well.. Supporting and loving Super Junior away from you guys is the safest thing to do, because nobody wants to be in the arms of a thousand monsters/murderers/killers/criminals.

If ever you guys get what you want, CONGRATULATIONS! But the only emotion that will reign in me is pity for Super Junior because their ELF is such a disgrace.
If something bad happens to Henry or Zhoumi, or if I find out that you guys make Hankyung cry, I will swear to the heavens on earth that you die in shame.

Super Junior-M is composed of five members from Super Junior, Si-won,

“SJ-M Debuts In The Midst Of Opposition; Hankyung Responds”
April 8th, SJ-M’s members were officially chosen; this also includes the original Super Junior members: Han Geng, Siwon, Kyuhyun, Donghae, Ryeowook, there’s also two new Chinese members — Henry and Zhou Mi. At the Music Feng Yun Rank news center, Han Geng introduced the new members. One member is from Wu Han, singer Zhou Mi and the other from Canada but now coming back to his home country, Henry. April 8th was SJ-M’s debut and also first time performing in China so it has caught a lot of attention.
But ever since SM Entertainment said to have a SJ-M group and adding new members, there were a lot of opposition from the fas. From BeiFang Online’s netizens, a lot have commented that they don’t wish to have new members, but of course they are fans who welcome SJ-M to China and wrote “Anticipating you all to perform with flying colors! SJ-M jiayou!”.
Because of this situation, Han Geng yesterday made a response: “About the creation of SJ-M, there are people who oppose and there are people who support. What we have to do is to continue to work hard. We prepared this for a long time and will give our best to everyone. At the same time, we also need everyone’s support and care. When I was in Korea, I was cared by a lot of the other Super Junior members, we’re like family. Now, I’m taking 6 friends back home, I’m really happy and I hope we can get everyone’s support.” SJ-M’s Korean members all used simple Chinese phrases to say hi to everyone. and yesterday, the boy-band were guests at "stories of the past" (not sure about the name) , breaking 2 records, for the most guests and the longest recording. the 6 hour recording, the 7 heart-throbs not only showed their talents but also told us about things that happend in the past. team leader hankyung recalls, once, he went in by the migration office but, he did not have a passport and was arrested. choi shiwon spilled that the members challenged each other to who showered the fastest. and finally, the two newest members, henry and zhou mi, talk about their popularity issues, they feel very left out.
heart breaking things:
hankyung: before debut,they would dance for 20 hours.
until now, hankyung has been in korea for 5 years, but he has many heart-breaking stories to share. the one he remembered the most was after he passed SM's audition, he waited for a call to sign a contract for 8 months. in that period of time, to lighten hie fanily's load, he went to beijing, and wentto the migration office but was caught by the police for not having a passport. "at that time, i didn't know that i needed a passport, and at that time, i only had about $30. when they saw i did not have a passport, they locked me in jail, only until my friends helped me with the passport then i could come out."
when he went to korea, he had to go through 2 years of intensed training. "we practice (dancing) continuously. sometimes, we practice for nearly 20 hours." after he trained for a year and a half, he called his parents,saying that he gives up. "i didn't have a bit of confidence. i felt lonely, and i felt nobody would come and talk to me." but after support and encouragement from his parents, hankyung decided to persevere and 6 months later, he debuted.
interesting things:
shiwon: shindong showers for 17 seconds.
SJM's 2nd member, choi shiwon, came to china to film a drama. once, shiwon and wu qilong were filming a sword-fight scene, because he was weak at that time, he fainted. "at that time, i just fell forward, and infront, there was a piece of metal. andy lau caught in time,so i didn't fall onto it. he is my life-saver." shiwon states that andy lau took care of him alot. "he even spent and hour inthe afternoon learning how to write my name in hangul."
talking about super junior's funny happenings,shiwon recalled a "shower competition" . "as we wanted to make sure we slept more. wwe had to shorten out bathing time. so we made a showering competition." when shiwon competed.he had the fastest time of 1 min and 30 secs. but this record was soon broken by shindong. "he only took 17 secs" shiwon continued with laughter, they stopped the competition. "now hankyung takes 1 hour to bathe"

zhoumi :hearing the fan's booing voices makes it difficult.
besides hankyung, shiwon, donghae, ryeowook and kyuhyun from super junior, they also added 2 new chinese members, henry and zhoumi. zhou mi is a wuhan (i don't know what this is), and henry grew up in canada. a lot of fans are very reluctant to allow new members to join. they only want to keep the original 13 members, and not allow any more members. as a result, both new members are very shy. when the host asked how they tolerate this , henry, who doesn't speak much just, answered awkwardly "i don't know". and zhou mi answered that he just has to accept this. "just a few hours before this, i heard fans booing at us. it was very difficult to handle. i hope people will accept us in the future."

Super Junior, 1st fan meeting in Japan

Super Junior is holding its first fan meeting called “SUPER JUNIOR 1st PREMIUM EVENT in JAPAN” on July 8 at Nippon Budokan. Super Junior said that it has heard that it has fans in Japan so it wants to spend a happy time with them through this fan meeting.
Meanwhile, yesterday, Super Junior’s official Japanese homepage was opened and Korean albums of Super Junior are to be licensed in Japan.

A'ST1 (A Style) who recently caused a lot of drama with their Super Junior take down campaign, are actually ass kissers.
On an Mnet show which aired on the 4th, A'ST1 and Super Junior finally met up and spoke about the controversial commercial.
A'ST1 stated "We actually respect Super Junior and want to be just like them."
Super Junior accepted the shameless ass-pattery by stating, "it's great to have a new rookie group look up to us, we would love to buy them dinner sometime."
I gotta give A'ST1's management props for creating a great marketing campaign, absolutely brilliant. Super Junior’s, Hee Chul, is getting some Rhinoplasty, the technical term for nose plastic surgery.
On March 9th, Hee Chul was said to have fallen down a flight of stairs as a result of blurred vision from Lasik Eye Surgery. The fall was said to be minor but it did lead him with an injured nose.
Recently there is a huge debate among netizens on whether this incident actually took place, but either true or false SM has admit they will be sending Hee Chul into the hospital for Rhinoplasty.

KangTa's Favorite Hoobae, Super Junior Dong Hae
On 'Super Show', Super Junior member Donghae got the chance to perform
the song 'My Everything'. It turns out that this song was written in
memory of his father who passed away in August 2006.
On an episode of 'Showbiz Extra', Donghae said that his one wish is to
sing in front of his father. Donghae became teary-eyed and said, "The
most special day was the last time that I got to see my dad on August
8, 2006. My sole wish is to sing in front of him."
KangTa was guest in a recent SBS Power FM "MC Mong's Dongkodongrak"
radio show. When was asked "Among your hoobae (junior) who is the most
beautiful ?", he said that "Everyone is polite and diligent. But the
hoobae that I want to take care of most is DongHae". He said that
recently DongHae had learned about music and midi work, and everytime
DongHae didn't know how to do something, he phoned KangTa to ask.
KangTa also said he used to do that in the old days so now when seeing
DongHae, he feel as if he sees himself back then.

Group Super Junior member Kim HeeChul got conjunctivitis and had difficulty carrying out activities.
Kim HeeChul said in a interview with Sports Korea: "Got conjunctivitis recently, thus unable to wear contact lens to do all the filming. Initially my eye condition was not really good. Then, I never take care of it now, causing it to be in a tense situation,"
Kim HeeChul has myopia. If he never wears spectacles, he can not see the person in front of him clearly too. However, he is unable to wear contact lens now because of sore eyes, he needs the staffs to help him to open his lunch box before he can eat it.
Kim HeeChul is currently hosting SBS [Inkigayo] and filming SBS [Golden Bride]. He has difficulty reading the scripts.
Kim HeeChul expressed: "Recently busy with drama and singer activities, no time to go hospital for treatment. Hope to receive treatment soon without delaying any activities, so sorry causing everyone to be worried."

RyeoWook is embarrassed because his card did not have enough money
EunHyuk said, after yesterday's KTR (05/21), he went to training room alone to practice. Then, the manager and RyeoWook called him after their schedule,
EunHyuk asked them to fetch him from the training room. RyeoWook asked EunHyuk whether he is hungry. EunHyuk said he is a bit hungry. Then, they decided to eat hamburgers. They went to the fast food restaurant, the manager order a burger, EunHyuk also order one, RyeoWook said he does not want to eat. After we spoke to him, he also order one, when billing, RyeoWook said that he want to give a treat, so he took out his card and prepare to swipe it, but no matter how many times he swipe, it is still unsuccessful, keep showing not enough money. Having no choice, RyeoWook said he is not eating, and paid for the 2 burgers, but the card still does not have enough. EunHyuk said, if he is not at those drive-in restaurants, he will sure turn and walk away, really so embarrassing. In the end, EunHyuk can not stand it, took out his card and paid for it. Really feel so ashamed at that time. And think the attendant recognised that they are Super Junior members, now think back still will feel embarrassed.

Kim Kibum chosen to be famous main model
Korean idol group Super Junior’s member Kim KiBum has been chosen by famous designer Jo Sung Kyung** to be the main model for his show. Although Kim KiBum has participated in many fashion shows before, it’s going to be his first time being the main model. It is believed that there will be a great response.Kim KiBum was chosen when the designer watched Super Junior’s first concert, Super Show in February. Super Junior China is set to debut on April 1
SM Entertainment has announced the Debut of Super Junior China
against ELF's protests, dismissing any doubt of the subgroups being
just a rumored. The supgroup is set to officially begin their Chinese
activities on April 1 when their MV will be released, which will be the
Chinese version of "U", Super Junior's hit MV back in 2006.

Super Junior`s Han Kyung to Carry Olympic Torch
SM Entertainment Agency announced that there was an online survey done by Coca-Cola China, a public sponsor of the Beijing Olympics (http://www.icoke.cn),
and Han Kyung of Super Junior was voted first place as carrier of the
2008 Olympics torch. After deliberations, the Olympics organizational
committee sealed the deal.
"The [Olympics] committee chose Han Kyung because they recognized
his part in the cultural exchange of China through his activities in
Korea and the rest of Asia," the agency stated. "Han Kyung will be
participating in the carrying of the Olympic torch in Beijing from
August 6th to the 8th."
Han Kyung will be taking his solemn oath at the "Coca-Cola National Olympic Torch-Bearer Ceremony" as a representative of the Olympic flame
on the 24th in China. The ceremony will be broadcast on CCTV-5 and
Guangdong TV, the official Chinese channels for the 2008 Olympics.
Han Kyung stated, "I'm extremely pleased and honored to be a torch-bearer for the 2008 Beijing Olympics."

Kim Hee Chul injured his nose
First Eunhyuk,& now Heechul.
So Heechul has done something to his nose. They haven’t said what but it’s got to be pretty serious because Shindong will be replacing him on Challenge 8 vs 1 and Kangin will be hosting SBS Music Inkigayo.
Apparently on the 19th while at home he fell and his nose has now swollen. He’s just had laser surgery and his vision still hasn’t recovered from that, It is assumed that he probably fell because his vision is still blurry from the surgery. A staff member has said that he’ll probably need to stay in hospital for another week or so which is why he won’t be able to work.

Super Junior leaves MCountdown
Super Junior is leaving the MC seat of Mnet “MCountdown” after 2 years and 4months of hosting the said show. The episode on the 27th will be Lee
Teuk, Shindong and Eunhyuk’s last day in the show.
Super Junior started hosting the show in November 2005 with members Lee Teuk,
Shindong and Kangin then the latter left and Eunhyuk filled in.
According to SM Entertainment, the group’s label, the reason for leaving was
because of preparations for their new album and Asian tour.
Meanwhile, it still has not been decided who will take Super Junior’s place as the show’s MCs.

Older woman/younger man relationship - Chae Jung An, Kangin roles confirmed
Actress Chae Jung An and Super Junior member Kangin will be involved in a older woman/younger man relationship.
The
film "Sun Jung Man Hwa" (Lit. Pure Manhwa) is currently under
production. Originally, Chae Jung An and Super Junior's Choi Siwon were
organized to be the couple. However, because of Super Junior-China
activities, Choi Siwon has no choice but to reject the role. Therefore,
Kangin filled up this empty spot. After Attack on the Pin-Up Boys, this
will be Kangin's second silver-sceren debut. In Kangin's previous
production, he depicts a strong but gullible young high school student.
However, in SJMW, Kangin will be challenged to do a manly and
charismatic performance. Kangin's character "Kang So" is a young man
who falls in love with an older woman. He is a character that is
persistent and never gives up, especially in love. Aside Chae Jung An
and Kangin, roles for the two other leads, to Yoo Ji Tae and Lee
Yeonhee, are also confirmed. SJMW, written and drawn by author
Kangfull, was a popular 2003 internet comic, breaking the record of
having over 60,000,000 views. The story deals with two couples, one
older man/younger woman relationship with age difference of 12 years

Super Junior member Shindong rapped the theme song of Oh Ji Ho’s character in the drama “Single Papa in Love.” The song is called “Don’t Cry,” which marks the first time that Shindong went solo as a singer.
“This time, I’m able to sing to my heart’s content because I did it alone, which I have not done before because there are a lot of membes in Super Junior,” Shindong expressed.
The “Single Papa in Love” OST album includes 18 songs and will be released on March 4.

SJ Kim Hee Chul expressed his liking for So Hee again recently during a program.
In the SBS variety show, “Confrontation! 8 VS 1 episode shown on 3rd March, the guests that day included Solbi, Mithra Jin, Kim Hee Chul, Byun Ki Soo, etc.
During the recording, there were two instances where Wonder Girls and So Hee was mentioned respectively. One was when Kim Hee Chul heard from a celebrity couple that their ages differed by 9 years. He immediately exclaimed in response, “Me and Wonder Girls So Hee also differ by 9 years.”

So Hee was interviewed by Daily Sport on 11th October, “We often do programs with Super Junior but we aren’t that close (So Hee and Hee Chul). It was only later through the news and then the internet that I found out that Hee Chul oppa had joined my fan cafe.” She added, “Hee Chul oppa also gave me a nickname, ‘Mandu So Nyeo’. Maybe it’s because no one gave me a special nickname when I was in junior school so I quite like this nickname.”

The Elves purchased Super Junior’s concert tickets in 18 minutes. The fact that 13,000 seats were sold out under 20 minutes may be impressive for some, but we are talking about the Elves here.
